Frank R. Dukette Sr., 68, of Nashua, passed away Sunday afternoon, August 21, 2016 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center after a brief illness.
A longtime resident of Nashua, he was born in New London, NH on November 26, 1947 a son of the late Emiline V. (Lambert) and Robert E. Frost. Educated in local schools, Frank was a self-employed painter for many years and also worked for a time at Edgewood Cemetery in Nashua.
Members of his family include his wife, Patricia M. (Frost) Dukette of Nashua;
a son, Frank R. Dukette Jr. and his wife Stephanie of Dracut, MA; three daughters, Roseanna B. Gardner and her husband Daniel, and Sheila Rice all of Nashua, and Donna March and her husband Michael of Texas; ten grandchildren, Morgan, Kayla, Justin, Travis, Ryan, Seth, Everett, Alyssa, Madison and Alexis; five great-grandchildren, Adonis, Nallah, Seth, Logan and Anani; eight sisters and two brothers, Cecile Maker, Wilfred Dukette, Mildred Durant, Florence Kortz, Lorraine Dukette, Linda Chamber, Beverly Stewart, Robert Frost, Charlene Mack and Brenda Frost; also many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by a brother and sister, George Dukette and Theresa Dukette; and his son, Victor Grohosky.
Calling hours will be held at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua on Thursday evening from 5 to 8 p.m. A Graveside service will take place in St. Louis Cemetery, 752 West Hollis Street, Nashua, Friday morning at 10 a.m. Family and friends are invited to attend and will meet at the cemetery.
