I worked for Tom and the Delta Education family for 25 years. I always considered Tom to be a friend. He cared about his employees, something that's rare nowadays. I have many fond memories of Tom, and he will be missed.

I went to work at Delta Education after all my kids start school on the mother's shift then went full time and stayed for 18 years. The Richardson family were great to work for and understanding when family problems came up. Almost all my kids worked there while in school a great learning experience for for them. Tom was always one to be around to see if you were doing the job right and always open to new ideas you had to make the job better and faster. Tom always had an interest in your family and what the kids were up to. Tom will be missed by many people.

It was my great pleasure to work for the Richardson family at Delta Education many years ago. Tom & Veda were warm and caring to work for and were without a a doubt the best people I ever worked for or with. Tom especially was a man of integrity and compassion and he has left the world a better place because if the time he spent here.
