I'm very sorry about Herman's passing. I met Herman and Barbara in 1984 when I bought a property across the street and spent many months renovating it. Herman would come by and share occasional tips or an encouraging pat on the back. Barbara provided drapes for a front bedroom and both became became good friends as well as neighbors. Once I finished the renovation and and over the years Herman and Barbara looked out for the property and would let me know if anything was going astray. Herman would plow for the tenants. He also installed some new storm doors. On my trips to the property, I really enjoyed visiting both Herman and Barbara and will miss Herman a great deal.

I am truly sorry to hear of Herman's passing ♡ My husband and I and our daughter Rachel met Herman and Barbara 4 years ago when we moved to Manchester St. A few houses down and now across the street. He was a very nice man. I loved walking by and seeing him tend to his garden and growing his gigantic Sunflowers :) He would always let my daughter pick a nice big Sunflower to keep. My deepest condolences to his wife Barbara and his family and friends. He will truly be missed.
