Annette R. Gilbertson, 73, of Litchfield and formerly of Nashua, wife of James L. Gilbertson, passed away early Thursday morning, April 9, 2020 at Elliot Hospital in Manchester.
Mrs. Gilbertson was born in Nashua on April 15, 1946, a daughter of Ernest and Blanche (Lacroix) Therrien. She grew up on Perham Street in the French Hill neighborhood and attended the former St. Francis Xavier Parochial School. She later resided on Palm Street for many years before moving to Litchfield.
Annette was employed at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua as a nurse in the OBGYN department for over twenty years, until she retired.
In her leisure, she loved to paint ceramics and spending time with her friends and family.
Members of her family include her husband Jim, whom she married on April 24, 1965 and shared nearly 55 years together; her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Jorge E. Campos; she was predeceased by her son, James E. Gilbertson, who passed away February 4, 2008; three grandchildren, Alyssa Burgess Raye and her husband Brady, Jorge E. Campos II and Kirsten Campos; two great-grandchildren, Cayden and Dakota Raye; her sister, Joan Vitale; also nieces, nephews and cousins.
