Robert W. Dobens, 80, formerly of Nashua and Northfield, NH, passed away Sunday afternoon, December 20, 2020 at the Riverside Rest Home in Dover, after a period of declining health. He was born on November 12, 1940, son of the late Robert E. Dobens and Jeannette B. (Nadeau) Dobens Clark.
Bob was educated in local schools and had been employed by the Nashua Foundry. He was an attendant of the Jehovah Witnesses.
In addition to his parents, Bob was predeceased by his son, Jason L. Dobens; and his former wife, Nancy M. (Cook) Dobens Lemire. Members of his family include a daughter, Lisa (Dobens) Groulx and her husband Paul of North Andover, MA; two grandchildren, Jamie T. Dobens and Joshua Dobens; two sisters, Arlene Estey and Louise Dobens; also nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be no services. The FARWELL FUNERAL SERVICE, 18 Lock Street, Nashua is in charge of arrangements.
