I rarely read the Telegraph as I don’t live in Nashua, but happened to check today and saw the sad notice of Pat’s passing. Don, I had you For English when I was a Senior and we worked on the Tusitala. So sorry for your loss. Pat was always laughing. I remember always refusing her requests to play basketball because I was tall. My maiden name was Lappe. Stay safe.

“Miss Fifield” was my gym teacher and friend in high school, Class of 1969. Lots of memories of a supporting, fun individual who agreed to chaperone 5 high school girls to Florida for February vacation. A blizzard delayed our departure which led to eventually taking a train to NYC, a missed flight, loss of hotel rooms and cold weather on final arrival. It was quite an adventure and despite all the troubles along the way, “Miss Fifield” was to thank for a fun vacation in the end Sending my sincere condolences to Mr. Grenier and family.

My heart is with you during this time of grieving. Please know that you are not alone in remembering a truly wonderful person that meant so much to so many.

I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Pat for a long time. I met her through Bridge playing & enjoyed her humor besides her Bridge skills! My condolences, Don.
