Constance Ann (Couture) Fisher, 79, of Hudson and formerly of Nashua, passed away Saturday evening, November 19, 2022 after a period of declining health.
Born in Nashua on January 4, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Raymond A. and Henrietta B. “Penny” (Levesque) Couture. Educated in local schools, Connie attended Presentation of Mary Academy in Hudson and graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s High School Class of 1961. She furthered her education at Rivier University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in education.
A longtime educator, Connie taught at Charlotte Avenue Elementary Schools for thirty years and was honored as Teacher of the Year by the Nashua School District. After her teaching career, Connie was a licensed realtor in the Nashua area for several years. In her leisure time, she loved traveling.
Members of her family include a son, Scott A. Williams of Nashua; and her daughter, Kristin L. Benbow and her significant other, Bo Courtney of San Diego, CA.
Calling hours will be held at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua on Friday morning, December 2nd from 10 to 11 a.m. followed by her funeral service in the funeral home at 11 o’clock.
