On the afternoon of June 18, 2023, Carrie Yvonne (Smart) Jolicoeur passed away peacefully with her family by her side.  Carrie was most recently treated by the caring staff at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.

At 58 years old, Carrie was born on May 22, 1965 in Nashua, NH. Carrie graduated high school in Londonderry, NH and attended Rivier College. Carrie was most happy spending time as a dedicated cat mom to her kitties and spending time with her family.

Smart and nephews Greggory Smart and Dana Smart.  Carrie is survived by her brothers, Scott P. Smart, James R.   Carrie will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor, her love of animals and for her love of music.  Most notably, Carrie could very well have been Ozzy Osbourne’s biggest fan.  Carrie’s memory will be honored with one of Ozzy’s songs, “No More Tears” and we will remember Carrie for how she lived and how she loved.

My deepest sympathy to Carrie's family. We were best friends as teenagers, and inseparable for a few years when she and her parents lived in western Mass. We drifted apart years ago but I never forgot her. I wish I had reached out to her long ago! Rest in Peace my dear old friend. I imagine you're with your mom and dad now, and hopefully you and Gregg are rockin out to Ozzy. Love you, dianne
