Jim will always be in my heart and he has inspired me in my life in so many ways especially with my upbringing. I remember watching countless movies Simpson episodes BBQ's and fireworks in the back yard. Jim and Sharon would care for me when I needed to be picked up from school as a kid or just to come over and spend time with their amazing family. His laugh I will never forget and his sense of humor and his outlook on life. It is hard for me to think I will never be able to see him again. Matt told me he is in peace now and I believe that he is looking down on us and he is in a great spot in heaven. You will be forever missed and never forgotten Mr Maxfield and thank you for everything for being an awesome Father and Friend.

What a shock to know Jim has passed away. We haven't seen each other in many years, but I thought of Jim often. My prayers go out to you, Sharon and your family. God Bless!!

I had forgotten about Maxfield Press till I read it here ! I'm to be 77 years old and brought up on Wilder and Ash Street's. My mother used to send me to Maxfield Press to pick up item's that she needed. So of course when I grew we always used Maxfield Press to secure the things that we needed. It was near Soucy's and the Drug Store so we pretty much had in that grouping everything that we needed and wouldn't have to travel far as for most of my childhood we had no car so we walked to everything. I'm sorry for your loss but we are ALL leaving this earth at some point so Repent and find JESUS now and you'll know where your going!
