Jeffrey Ullom, born March 22,1982 in Lowell, MA, passed away at home in Nashua, NH on Sunday November 19, 2023 with his loving brother Paul by his side.
Jeff was born with Cerebral Palsy, leaving him unable to communicate verbally and wheelchair bound. At birth, Jeff was given little chance to survive beyond 10 years old, but with the loving care of his mother, nana and papa and later his adoptive dad Dave Ullom, Jeff thrived. With the passing of both Dave (1999) and his beloved sister Kim in 2010 and his mother (Mary Ann) in 2017, his brother Paul continued the loving care of Jeff after caring for both Jeff and Mary Ann through her illness.
Throughout his 41 years, while we might imagine what Jeff was thinking as he observed and lived his life, once thing we know for sure, he gave and received an unconditional love that will last forever.
Jeff is survived by his brother Paul Baranowski, brother and sister in-law Bob and Susan Vecchione, nephews Scott and Mark Trahan, Michael and Bobby Vecchione, niece Mia Lafata and brother-in-law Mark Trahan Sr.
