Tatyana T. Strapko, 89, of Nashua, NH, formerly of South River, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, September 13, 2024. Born in Belarus, Tatyana immigrated to the United States with her husband, Stefan Strapko, following World War II. She spent the majority of her life in South River, where she lovingly raised her two sons. In her later years, Tatyana relocated to Nashua to be closer to her family. A woman of deep faith, she was a former communicant of St. Euphrosynia Belarusian G.O. Church in South River. Tatyana found joy in the beauty of flowers, gardening, and long walks, and she cherished classic films and animals, particularly dogs, which held a special place in her heart.
Tatyana was predeceased by her parents, Ivan and Maria Selesniowski and her husband, Stefan in 2017. She is survived by her sons, Dr. Stefan Strapko, Jr. of Nashua, NH and Nicholas Strapko and his wife, Sarah of McLean, VA and a brother-in-law, Michael Strapko of Rockford, IL.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 10:00 AM Funeral Service at St. Mary’s R.O. Church, 316 Cassville Road, Jackson on Monday, September 23, 2024.
