Joseph T. Ristem, 70, of Nashua and formerly of Salem, NH, passed away at his home, April 1, 2025.
A resident of Nashua for over 30 years, he was born in Methuen, Massachusetts on April 3, 1954, a son of the late John P. and Mary (Gentile) Ristem. Joe grew up in Salem and was educated in local schools.
Joe began his career as a car salesman for some local automotive dealerships. He continued working as an audiologist with his father and later worked at the Army Navy Store in South Nashua.
A talented guitarist, Joe played with several bands. He enjoyed working on his cars in his leisure time.
Joe is survived by his brother, Thomas J. Ristem of Salem, NH; and many cousins.
