Angelina “KiKi” Marquis

Angelina “Kiki” Marquis, 97 of Hampton NH, formerly Nashua NH died on June 6, 2025.  She lived a long and happy life.

Born in Manchester, New Hampshire March 11, 1928 to Costas Demos and Panayiota (Lillian) Merisotis Demos. She attended Manchester’s Central High School and Hesser College.

Angelina was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Lambert G. Marquis.

Angelina is survived by her daughter and longtime caregiver, Diane M. Gorman of Hampton NH and son, D. Charles Marquis of West Palm Beach, FL.  She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren: Scott and Sarah Gorman, Angela Gorman and Jaime (Marquis) and Steve Perras and 4 great-grandchildren: Gabe and Addison Gorman and Cameron and Landon Perras, as well as nieces and nephews, all of whom he adored.

Besides her husband and parents, Angelina was also predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Carolyn Marquis; her brother, James Demos; and her sister, Theresa Reffi.

After 35 years of working at Nashua Corporation as a Technical Librarian, she and Lambert retired to Hampton where family and friends would visit often.  Angelina always served them homemade Greek dishes and desserts.  Family is what gave her strength to carry-on through her 97 years.

Calling hours will be held at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua, on Monday, June 23rd from 4 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph The Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis Street, Nashua, Tuesday, June 24th at 10 a.m. Family and friends are invited to attend. So sorry to hear about Kiki. You were blessed to have had her with you for so many years. I have many fond memories of the "old" days when Dave and I used to come to Nashua. Certainly remember the spanakopita and bakalva . I lost my sister on June 7 ,but she was a mere 83. That leaves me as the last survivor of the generation for both Dave's and my sides of the family. Thoughts and prayers for you all. .
