Terry leaves her husband and partner in life, Richard Dussault, to whom she was happily married for 64 years. She leaves her children, David Dussault and his wife, Esther, of Hollis, NH; Mark Dussault and wife, Cere, of Broomfield, CO; Lisa Dussault Marshall and her husband, James, of Merrimack, NH; and Tina Dussault of Meredith, NH.  Grandchildren are Christina Dussault, Amelia Marshall, Joseph Marshall, Dyani Dussault and Jeremy Dussault.

Following her nine years of Air Force life, Terry worked for two years as a kindergarten teacher, and then joined her husband’s business venture, Dussault Engineering, in Hudson, NH. As a local businesswoman, she participated in many volunteer organizations, including Zonta International, a women’s professional advocacy organization.  She also served on the board of the YWCA and was a member of the Hudson Junior Women’s Club. She worked a dual job in charge of finance and office management at Dussault Engineering for over 20 years.

Terry loved family activities, including skiing in the winter and boating in the summer. Education was a strong priority. Terry was a founding member of the committee that initiated the “Gifted Student Program” at Hudson Memorial School.  She was there for the children to cheer and encourage them in their many and diverse interests. Terry became a grandmother at age 60 and with that, she got to rediscover the joys of being a field trip chaperone (albeit at a slower pace) and rooting for her grandchildren. Her hobbies included writing and gardening. She has written a personal memoir to pass on to her grandchildren. Terry also loved traveling with her husband—to China, Hong Kong, Hawaiian Islands, Spain, North Africa, Western Canada, the Maritime Provinces and to the islands off the tip of Florida, as well as visiting 48 out of our 50 states.

Terry was an active contributor to multiple Inclusion Body Myositis Facebook groups through which she inspired and comforted fellow “IBM-ers” worldwide with her wisdom and kindness.

Eunice V. Lalmond

Lalmond, Eunice V. ''Ginny''

On September 20th, Eunice V. “Ginny” Lalmond, 88, peacefully went home to her Savior Jesus, while surrounded by her loving family. Ginny was born in Nashua to the late Samuel F. and Rose Mason.

She was educated in Nashua Schools and graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1946. An accomplished artist, she attended the New England School of Art in Boston. Ginny was employed by Improved Paper Machinery Corporation in the drafting department, then later in life worked as a bookkeeper for many years. She was a loving and devoted wife to her late husband, Harold W. Lalmond, who died in the spring of 2009 after 57 joy filled years of marriage. The couple enjoyed traveling together, and especially enjoyed their trips to Ireland, where Ginny’s mother was from. She was also an avid reader, enjoyed knitting clothing and blankets for her family, along with various other crafts.

The couple’s greatest joy in life, came from their six children; John Lalmond and his wife Ginger of Maryland, Tim Lalmond of Hollis, Harold “Jeffrey” Lalmond and his wife Pamela of Hudson, Joseph Lalmond and his wife, Paula, of Nashua, Mary Donoghue and her husband Joseph, of Maryland, and their youngest daughter, Judith Chartier and husband, Stephen, of Nashua. Ginny was also a devoted grandmother to her cherished grandchildren; Phillip Miller and his wife, Michelle, of Maryland, Christopher and Brianna Lalmond, Emily and Bridget Lalmond, Jeffrey, Jennifer, and Justine Lalmond, Thomas, Catherine, and John Donoghue, Nathanael Chartier and his wife Adrienne, along with Jeremy and Amanda Chartier. She was also a great-grandmother to Danielle Miller, of Maryland, and her newborn great-granddaughter Grace Chartier, who Ginny was able to meet the day before she passed away. Ginny held her grandchildren very close to her heart and cherished them, always taking a special interest in their lives and taking pride in all of their accomplishments.

Not only did she love her own children and grandchildren, but she truly loved all children. This was evident whenever she went shopping with her daughter; Ginny would always stop to talk to and admire every baby and young child that she encountered.

Ginny is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, who held a special place in her heart. She is predeceased by her five beloved sisters and their husbands; Winifred and Wilfred Burelle, Rosaleen and James Colby, Patricia and Perley Colby, Theresa and Kenneth Boulia Jr., and Miss Mary Mason.

Being a lifelong Nashua resident, she was known and loved by many in the area. She was a woman of great faith and was considered by many to be a “prayer warrior.” Anytime there was a particular prayer intention that a person had, they would ask Ginny to pray and gladly did so. She had a light hearted nature and was often recognized for her compassionate and loving way of life. She was an active member of St. Patrick’s Parish in Nashua, where she spent many years involved with the St. Vincent DePaul Society and the outreach program. She also volunteered her time often at the Corpus Christi Food Pantry in Nashua. She loved a life of service to others and her contributions to the community will not soon be forgotten.

The family would like to thank the dedicated nursing staff and all the employees at the Fairview Nursing Home in a special way for providing Ginny with compassionate care during her final days.
