Betty Grace (Peddicord) Goodwin, a resident of Merrimack and Nashua for years, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Greenbriar Health Care on Friday morning, August 31, 2018.
She was born in Glen Campbell, Pa. on March 20, 1924, Daughter of Thelma Thayer Hodge and Carl Peddicord.
Betty graduated from South Fork High School in 1941 and CMV Hospital School of Nursing, Johnstown, Pa. in 1945, were she worked as a registered nurse for several years.
Betty was a house wife and was predeceased by her husband of 58 years Robert P. Goodwin Jr. in Aug. 2005 and infant daughter Elaine 1950, parents and brothers.
Betty is survived by a sister and 2 daughters Linda and Melissa and a son Robert, a granddaughter and 2 grandsons.
