   Carol D. Grondin, 82, of Nashua, passed away Wednesday morning, November 4, 2020 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, after a brief illness.       

   A longtime resident of Nashua, Mrs. Grondin was born in Chicago, Illinois on December 2, 1937, a daughter of the late Joseph and Sally (Zolubos) Karalunas.

   Carol grew up in Lawrence, Massachusetts and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. She was a homemaker and made her home in Salem, New Hampshire for many years before moving to Nashua.

   In her leisure time, Carol was an avid New England Patriots fan and enjoyed golfing and watching golf on television.

   She is survived by her sons and their wives, Steven P. Grondin and Lesley Russell of Boylston, MA and David R. and Pamela Grondin of Branford, CT, three grandchildren, Alyssa, Ben and Rylan Grondin and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Joan Levitt. Carol was also predeceased by her good friend and companion Al Bulger.

    There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 18th at 11:00am at The Parish of the Resurrection Church located in Nashua, NH.     followed by a private service at the mausoleum of Mount Calvary Cemetery in Manchester. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Community Hospice House, 7 Executive Park Drive, Merrimack, NH 03054.

Sorry for your loss. She has suffered for a long time. My prayers are with you I had a mass said for her on the 23 of May 2021. The sanctuary candle will be lit for her the week of the 29th of Nov. which will include her birthday date.
