He enjoyed spending time outdoors, taking beach trips with his wife Gloria; deep sea fishing, golfing, watching the Patriots and Red Sox games, and taking long back road drives all over New England. Charlie also loved cooking elaborate meals (enough to feed an army!), for his entire family with Thanksgiving being his favorite holiday! In his later years he and his companion of 11 years, Lucille Lockwood of Nashua, enjoyed taking senior bus travel trips where they got to tour many sites and reveled in their adventures together. Lastly, Charlie adored his grandchildren deeply and over the years, enjoyed attending their various sporting and musical events to cheer them on!

I cleaned for Chuck a few times over the last two years, he was such a kind man and always had good spirits no matter how he might have been feeling that day. He talked to me a lot about his family and friends and his love was evident. I was just getting ready to call him to see if he needed any help around the house when I got the news, I just wish I had gotten to say goodbye. May he rest in the sweetest peace <3

We want to express our deepest sympathies for the family of Chuck Morse, Uncle Buddy. He was a wonderful example of one who worked hard, was a devoted husband and father who met life with laughter and a smile. It was his athletic ability on the football field that inspired his nephew, Tom Deery, to follow his footsteps all the way to the collegiate level in football. Special heart felt condolences, for the whole family that have now lost both their Mother and their Father. With love and sympathy, Mary Deery and her 3 daughters

I have lived next door to Chuck for just a few months. He always insisted on pulling up a chair next to him on his driveway, one of his favorite spots. He loved to watch the world go by. And then the stories started. Our favorite subject, our families. I only knew him such a short time, but he was certainly one of the nicest, kindest people I have ever met. Miss you.

Never in my life have I had root beer as good as his! One of my most enduring memories of "my second dad" was when he brought Carla and me for ice cream in his new car. (Oldsmobile?) Somehow I managed to let my ice cream cone drip all over the back seat and floor. He was so sweet about it. His face was a little tight but he just said that's ok, sent me on my way, and quietly spent the next hour cleaning the car. I truly loved him. My deepest condolences to all of you.

I met Chuck when I moved across the street from his special lady, Lucille, 2 years ago. His presence was friendly, welcoming and kind and if you were lucky enough to stop by as he and Lucille sat on Lucille's porch enjoying a sunny day, you'd hear stories about his travels and adventures. I'll miss seeing Chuck coming, going and chatting with him as I worked in my flower garden (which he loved) as he sat on Lucille's porch. RIP Chuck in the arms of our Lord.

I only knew Chuck"as I knew him" for only a short time but I loved his smile and laughter when he came to visit Lucille and attend our functions here at Westchester place. I will miss seeing him on the porch and me yelling from my car , hey chuck how's it going today. He would answer with a big grin good 👍. God bless
