Claire Odette (LeBlanc) Davis, 67, of Wakefield, MA and formerly of Nashua, wife of Walter F. Davis, passed away unexpectedly at her home, Wednesday, July 27, 2022.
Born in Nashua on September 26, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Robert R. and Janet E. (Couturier) LeBlanc. Claire was educated in Nashua schools, was a high school graduate and graduated college at Pima Medical Institute of Tucson, Arizona, where she resided for seven years and was employed as a medical assistant. Upon returning to Nashua, NH, she was employed at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
Claire loved the beach and spent her vacations at Hampton Beach. In her leisure time, Claire enjoyed macramé, puzzles, word games, and playing bingo.
Members of her family include her husband Walter, whom she married on September 10, 1988; a son, Jason Tate and wife Penny; four grandchildren, Syney Paige Davis-Tate, Bailey Rain Davis-Tate, Jayden Sky Davis-Tate and Brandon William Schamehorn; four great-grandchildren, Ireland Rose Wagner, Alizae Nicole Lafitte, Jamison Pierre Gray Lafitte, and Joseph Edward Drow; her brother and sister-in-law, Michael E. LeBlanc and wife Jane. Her son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, where Claire’s joy and heart.
A graveside service will take place in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, 32 Pine Hill Avenue, Nashua, Monday, August 22nd at 10:30 a.m. Friends are invited to attend.
