Constance P. Boucher, 83, of Nashua, widow of Donat H. Boucher, passed away at her home, Friday morning, August 10, 2018 after a period of declining health.
A lifelong resident of this city, Mrs. Boucher was born on September 19, 1934, a daughter of the late Antoine and Irene (Pinette) Raymond. During her youth, Constance and her family resided in the French Hill neighborhood and was educated at the former St. Francis Xavier School.
Constance was a homemaker and had worked for a time at the former Horton and Hubbard Luggage Company in Nashua.A devoted wife and mother, she enjoyed trips to Hayward’s Ice Cream for their Hot Dog specials and also dining at Wendy’s.
In addition to her parents, Constance was predeceased by her husband, Donat who passed away March 31, 2003. They were married on June 22, 1957 and shared 45 years together. She was also predeceased by her son, Donald R. Boucher in 1992; four brothers, Antoine Camil Raymond, Raoul W. “Ralph” Raymond, Arthur Raymond and Joseph Fernand Raymond; and a sister, Gertrude Boulanger.
Members of her family include her daughter, Diane P. Boucher, with whom she made her home; a sister, Florence Mitchell of Nashua; three sisters-in-law, Marguerite Raymond and Patricia Raymond both of Nashua and Pauline Raymond of Hudson; also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
There are no calling hours. A Graveside Service will take place in St. Louis Cemetery, 752 West Hollis Street, Nashua on Wednesday morning, August 15th at 10 o’clock. Everyone is invited to gather at the cemetery.
