To the family of don Larochelle: My name is Stu Vigneux and I live in Buchanan in Western Tennessee. I retired here in 2003 after 35 years at BAE Systems on Canal St. I worked quite extensively with Don when we had antenna issues and we had a great respect for one another, both being ex-Navy and all. I can't say how many times I worked at Bubble 7 in Merrimack with Don until late in the evening when it finally got cool. We clowned around, laughed a lot, and even got our work done. I had been in touch with Don until recently and I guess his health was declining so I hadn't heard much from him. When a friend of mine told me of his passing earlier today, I was shocked. Don and I were pretty close for remote colleagues. I will miss his humor and especially his destruction of the English language. Hopefully I will join him in the near future but he is and will always be alive in my mind. He was a good man!

So sorry to hear of the loss of Donald. I knew him most of my life and would see him regularly when visiting the Leavers. I appreciated his support of the Tyngsboro Tigers Girls Basketball team throughout AJ's high school career. He will be missed.

George I am so sorry for the loss of your dad I knew him for many years in the St Teresa's golf League. I admired his unique golf swing, it was fast as lightning but accurate. He was a fun guy to be around. Wednesday was his day he always tried to get in as many holes as possible. Gone too soon but will always be remembered.

I worked with Don during his final illness in his home as an occupational therapist with the visiting nurses. I’m sorry to hear that he is gone, but I will always remember how he had such a great sense of humor and was so determined to be as independent as possible. Even when he was in pain, he would always say “it’s not so bad”. Nice guy, he will be missed.

We are very saddened to hear of the loss of Don, as he was a great friend to many in the St. Theresa Golf League for many years. He was very funny and always there to have a good time. We enjoy still having his son George in the League and talk about Don on a regular occasion. He will be missed, and our hearts and prayers go out to George and the family in this tough time. Regards, St. Theresa's Golf League

I am so sadened to hear of Don,s passing. I first me Don in 1964 onboard the USS Independence. We spent a lot of time together at sea - 271 days at sea in 1965 of the coast of VietNam and then in 1966 in the Mediterranean Sea. We kept up with each other over the years and regained our friendship about six years ago. Don would came to my house and stayed several day on a number of occasions. We enjoyed reminiscing the times we shared in the Navy. I will miss him. Ray Druen
