Earl A. Corriveau, 76, of Litchfield, NH, husband of Margaret (White) Corriveau, passed away Saturday afternoon, August 6, 2016 at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua after a brief illness.
Born in Laconia on July 6, 1940, he was a son of the late Earl J. and Laura (Morin) Corriveau. Educated in Laconia schools, Earl was a graduate Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket, RI Class of 1957. He furthered his education at St. Michael’s College in Winooski, VT and earned his Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Warton School of Business.
Mr. Corriveau was employed with Raytheon and Wang Laboratories for several years before becoming the Vice President of Finance/CFO for the PVA/EPVA until his retirement twelve years ago.
Earl made his home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Merrimack, NH for many years before moving to Litchfield past six years ago
Members of his family include his wife and the love of his life, Margaret, whom he married at Sacred Heart Church in Laconia and would have celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on September 10th; his son, Joseph Corriveau of Mont Vernon and his fiancée Heather Frizzell; his daughter, Linda Corriveau of Plymouth, NH; four grandchildren, Finnegan Mattson, Brayden Corriveau, and Connor and Norah Frizzell; and a brother, Richard Corriveau of Nashua.
There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Street in Laconia, Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock followed by interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
