Gloria (Caron) Comolli, born in Nashua, NH on June 25, 1954 passed away in her home in Jupiter Farms, FL on August 22, 2018 after a hard fought battle with lung and liver cancer. She was at peace and surrounded by family when she passed.

Gloria was predeceased by her father Dollard (Whitey) Caron, mother Theresa L. Caron, and sister Marie Knutson.

Gloria lived the majority of her life in NH until moving to Jupiter Farms, FL in 2014 to be closer to her family. She received a high school diploma at Nashua High School in 1972 and a certificate of graduation from the New England School of Banking at Williams College in June of 1982. She spent her entire career in banking and retired from Bank of America as a Senior Vice President in 2018.

Gloria enjoyed gardening, jewelry making, crocheting, taking walks with Rick and their Norwegian Elkhound (Smokey), and playing Legends of Zelda (making her the coolest mom in the neighborhood).

Gloria touched many hearts throughout her life. She was an inspiration to many, never gave up, and was the glue that held her family together. She would always tell everyone to “love one another.” These were not mere words. She carried them with her throughout her life. She was always available with a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, and a brain to offer solutions. She will be deeply missed by those whose lives she touched.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Rick Comolli of Jupiter Farms, FL, her son Jesse Comolli of Jacksonville, FL, and her daughter, Megan Comolli of Fairbanks, AK; her brother, Gerald (Gerry) Caron of Pittsfield, NH and her sisters; Jeanne Caron of Palm City, FL, Elaine Gamache of Jupiter, FL, Anne Welsh of Palm City, FL, and Diane Rose of Salem, NH. She will also be missed by her cat, Pinot and her dog, Smokey both of Jupiter Farms, FL.

Her family will receive relatives and friends at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua on Wednesday evening, August 29th from 6 to 8 p.m. Her service will be held in the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, Thursday morning, August 30th at 11 o’clock followed by a catered reception at Alpine Grove, South Depot Street, Hollis, NH.
Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to: St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

Gloria was an inspiration to all who ever worked with her ! I had the privilege of working with her for a number of years and could always count on her to be the voice of reason and to offer up the perfect analysis and solution ! My condolences to the entire family. She was a unique, hardworking and very special person who clearly loved her family above all.
