Jacqueline Marie Disario, 56, of Nashua, New Hampshire, passed away unexpectedly at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Tuesday evening, November 21, 2017, from heart complications.
She was born to parents John Hill and Ruth Ganley on October 13th, 1961, in Woburn, Massachusetts, eventually moving to Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she would go on to graduate high school. She attended college at Simmons College, graduating in 1994 in the top of her class, with a Bachelor’s degree in the nursing field. She went on to work as a nurse at the Boston Children’s Hospital, the Catholic Medical Center, and many other hospitals, fulfilling her passion to help others in need. She was an avid figure skater, enjoyed swimming, and loved to spend time with her children & grandchildren.
Jacqueline leaves behind three children of her own – Patrick Smith, 37, of McKee’s Rocks, Pennsylvania, Christopher Disario, 31, of Warwick, Rhode Island, and Emylee Disario, 29, of Nashua New Hampshire; two grandchildren, Tristen and Brooklyn Smith; as well as a sister, Kelly Hill Harris, 59, of Exeter, New Hampshire; and her estranged husband, Joseph Disario, 60, of Windham, New Hampshire.
Services: Her family will receive relatives and friends at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua, on Tuesday, December 5th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The family asks that any flower arrangements or photos to display be brought to the service.
