   Jeanne C. Berube, 68, a native and lifelong Nashua resident, passed away at her home, Thursday morning, May 5, 2016, after a period of declining health.

   A daughter of the late Charles E. and Cecile O. (Marquis) Berube, she was born in Nashua on August 7, 1947. Jeanne resided in the French Hill neighborhood of this city for many years; attended local schools and was a graduate of Nashua High School.

    Jeanne had been employed as an inspector with Teledyne Electronic Technologies for several years and also worked for the Nashua School Department as a custodian at New Searles School until she retired.

   In her leisure time, Jeanne loved walking and trips to York Beach, Maine. She also enjoyed going to plays in Boston; and listening to music of the 1960s and ABBA.  She was a communicant of St. Joseph The Worker Parish.

    Members of her family include her sister and brother-in-law, Claire and Roger Nolin of Pelham, NH; two nephews, John Nolin and his wife Audra of Hollis and Michael Nolin and his wife Dianne of Windham; a niece, Sharon Zani of Leominister, MA; grandnephews and grandnieces, Marc, Ryan, Stephen and Marie Nolin, and Lindsey, Hannah and Christopher Zani.

     SERVICES: There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph The Worker Church, 777 West Hollis Street, Nashua on Thursday, May 12th at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. Friends are invited to attend and will gather at the church.
