JoAnn was the best to work with at Kollsman. Beyond her knowledge was the interaction with her. Her humor was perfect. As Maureen Hirtle described it, it was straight-faced, dry and sarcastic. You couldn’t stop yourself from laughing. She will always be a fond memory. My condolences to her family. She was a Legend.

To the Grygorcewicz Family. I am very sorry to hear of Joann's passing. Joann worked for me for nearly 18 years. She was an excellent employee and a friend,. She was arguably one of my best supervisors. Her knowledge of the Avionics Repair business was extensive and dedication to her job unquestionable. During her tenure, her Department would regularly receive accolades from customers for outstanding service and high marks from Customer and FAA auditors highlighting Joann's extensive knowledge of Customer and FAA rules and regulations. When she retired, the company lost a very talented lady with a wealth of knowledge that could not be replaced. She will be missed.

Karen and Vicki, I am sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I enjoyed playing softball with Jo. She was a great teammate, true competitor but never took things too seriously. I will always remember her along with the other mom's early on in GNWSL who shared the competitive spirit and balanced work and family life.
