Kevin Edward Conroy, 60, of Nashua, NH and formerly of Lowell, MA., passed away at his home, Wednesday afternoon, April 13, 2016 surrounded by his loving family after a year long battle with cancer.
A resident of Nashua for the past eight years, Kevin was born in Lowell on April 27, 1955 a son of Constance (Lemieux) Conroy and the late Edward Conroy. He was a graduate of St. Joseph High School in Lowell and furthered his education at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in English.
Kevin had been employed as Sales Manager with Coca Cola Bottling Company of Lowell, MA. for the 35 years.
In his leisure time, Kevin was a sports fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. He especially loved spending time with his grandson, Nilo.
Members of his family include his wife, Tammy (Duchesne) Conroy, whom he married on October 22, 1999 and shared the past 16 years; his mother, Constance Conroy of Gardner, MA; four daughters, Danielle Conroy and her partner Steven Ramos, Katelyn Conroy and her partner Ike Nnama all of Lowell, MA., April Conroy and Brooke Conroy, both of Nashua; his grandson Nilo Edward Ramos; a brother, Paul Conroy of Naples, FL; a sister, Karen Preston and her partner Bob Wentworth of Winchendon, MA; also many nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua on Sunday afternoon, April 17th from 2 to 5 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis Street, Route 111, Nashua, Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to attend and will gather at the church.
