Kevin F. Irwin, 58, of Hudson, NH, husband of Lori A. (Brown) Irwin, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday morning, December 23, 2015 at Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH.
A resident of Hudson for many years, Kevin was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming on January 14, 1957, son of Janet (Monticone) Irwin and the late William Irwin who died in 1993. Educated in Hudson schools, he was a graduate of Alvirne High School Class of 1975.
Kevin has been employed as a purchaser at the Cambridge Packaging Company in Boston for the past 39 years.
A devoted husband and father, Kevin enjoyed many hobbies and interests including cooking, baking bread, model cars, fishing and was a sports fan of the Boston Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Patriots.
Members of his family include his wife Lori with whom he shared 27 years together, his mother, Janet Irwin of Hudson; four daughters, Rebecca Garbos and her husband Eric of Nashua, Michelle Crowley and her husband Jason of Hudson, Kimberly Irwin and her fiancé Alex Rudolph of Boston, MA and Shannon Irwin of Hudson; four grandchildren, Zachary and MacKenzie Garbos and James and Mercedes Crowley; three sisters and their husbands, Karen and Paul Nigara of Jacksonville, FL, Cheryl Irwin and Kirk Winkler of St. Albans, England and Sheila and Tom Miglaccio of Clayton, NC; a brother-in-law, Mark Pearson of North
Carolina; also many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his father, Kevin was predeceased by a sister, Catherine Pearson of North Carolina.
Calling hours will be held at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua on Sunday, December 27th from 4 to 6 p.m. His funeral service will be held in the funeral home, Monday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery in Hudson. Family and friends are invited to attend.
