Lillian Irene (Corriveau) Page, 81, of Alexandria, NH, wife of Raymond G. Page, and a native and former Nashua resident, passed away Thursday morning, September 17, 2015 at the Lakes Region Hospital in Laconia after a period of declining health.
A daughter of the late Hector and Alice (Cardin) Corriveau, she was born in Nashua on January 30, 1934. Mrs. Page was educated in the Nashua school system and had worked at St. Joseph Hospital, Nashua Plastics and Sanders Associates.
In the late 1970s, Lillian and her husband moved to St. Petersburg, Florida where they owned and operated “The Kings Rest” motel for 13 years. The couple later returned to New Hampshire and have made their home in Alexandria for the past 14 years. In her leisure time, Lillian loved cleaning, solving cryptograms and chatting on the telephone with friends and family.
Members of her family include her husband Raymond, with whom she shared 63 years of marriage; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and The Rev. Steven Cardin of Alaska and Janis and William Byrd of Nashua; a son, Steven Page and his longtime companion Rose Vattes of Belmont, NH; six grandchildren, Bonny Bowles, Holly McLean and Joshua Cardin; Sean Collenberg, Laura and Lisa Byrd; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Norman Corriveau and his wife Martha of Nashua; also nieces, nephews and cousins. Lillian was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Paul Corriveau; and two infant sisters.
SERVICES: There are no calling hours. A Graveside Service will take place in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Pine Hill Avenue, Nashua, Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. Family and friends are invited to attend.
