Marie F. Bouley, 83, of Nashua, widow of Raymond P. Bouley, passed away Saturday afternoon, November 14, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital, after a period of declining health.
Mrs. Bouley was born in Claremont, New Hampshire on September 17, 1937, a daughter of the late Joseph and Yvonne Jeannotte. She grew up in Hudson and was educated in local schools.
A longtime resident of Nashua, Marie had been employed with Sprague Electric Company, the Modern Restaurant, and worked as a cashier at the former Grand Union Champagne’s supermarket and later at Market Basket.
She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a communicant of Infant Jesus Parish for many years.
Marie and her husband Ray, were married on December 29, 1956 and shared nearly 46 years together until his passing on August 18, 2002. She was also predeceased by a son, Joseph R. Bouley in August 2007; and a brother, Mario Jeannotte and a sister Josette (Jeannotte) Blier of NY
Members of her family include her five children and their spouses, Raymond P. Jr. and Barbara Bouley of Hudson, Marc A. and Barbara Bouley of Nashua, George R. and Susan Bouley of Milford, Thomas R. Bouley of Vermont, and Sharon and John O’Connell of Plymouth, MA; eight grandchildren, Brian and Danielle Bouley, Joshua and Jeffrey Bouley, Caitlin and Andrew James O’Connell, and Jessica and Joseph Bouley, Jr; several great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, George and Doris Jeannotte of Saint Nicholas, Quebec, Canada; also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the current Pandemic, there are no calling hours and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Southern New Hampshire Rescue Mission, 40 Chestnut Street, Nashua, NH 03060.
