Mary Eileen Tinker, 53, of Hudson, wife of Keith J. Tinker, passed away early Tuesday morning, January 6, 2015 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack.

    One of nine children, Mary was born in Orange, California on October 25, 1961 to the late Walter J. and Mary C. (Johnson) Smith. She moved to Nashua as a young girl, was educated in local schools and was a graduate of Mount St. Mary High School Class of 1980.

     Mary assisted her husband in the operation of Anthony’s North End restaurant in Nashua and Anthony’s of Milford.

    A devoted wife and mother, Mary will be lovingly remembered as everyone’s favorite person.

Mary was selfless in every way, always looking for ways to help those she loved. She enjoyed working in the garden and being with her family.

   In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Amy F. Smith; and a brother, Steven J. Smith.

    Members of her family include her husband, Keith J. Tinker of Hudson; her four children,   Jessica L. Davio and her husband Gary, Shauna M. Tinker, Lydia B. Tinker and Jared J. Tinker all of Hudson; four grandchildren, Trystan M., Hannah R., Mayah L. and Hollyn E. Davio; four brothers, Kevin W. Smith and his wife Deborah of Nashua, Brian F. Smith of Portsmouth, Matthew P. Smith and Daniel J. Smith both of Nashua; two sisters, Cathlin L. Smith of Portsmouth and Melissa E. Hall and her husband Nathaniel of Nashua; also many nieces, nephews and cousins.

     Calling hours will be held at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua on Wednesday evening 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Christopher Church, 62 Manchester Street, Nashua, Thursday morning at 10 o’clock. Friends are invited to attend. Burial will be private. Donations may be to the Mary E.
