Michael P. Daley, passed in peace on September 6, 2016 at the age of 80.  He is survived by his sister Connie (Daley) Sullivan, his children Deirdre (husband Bernard Satterfield), Joseph (wife Kelly Ayotte), Michael (wife Kelly) and Cathlin Daley, his grandchildren Brandon, Bradley, Katherine, and Jacob. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mike’s education included Durfee High School (’53), Bryant College and Western New England University.  He retired from the School for Field Studies in 2003. MD will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving father and role model, distinguished master of finance, diehard Red Sox fan, avid coin collector, mechanic of vintage cars, Humorist, Proud Patriot and Veteran of the Army National Guard.

The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH for taking care of their father in his last days.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 14th from 5pm to 8pm at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday September 15th at 10am at St. Christopher Church, 62 Manchester Street, Nashua with refreshments to follow in the church hall. Burial will be held on Saturday September 17th at 10am at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Robeson Street, Fall River, MA.  He would approve of donations to the NRA and The American Red Cross.
