Michaela Langley McLaughlin

There are no words to express my sadness for you and your entire family. I am so honored I got to know and become great friends with all of you. Michaela was a beautiful person on the inside out! I was in complete amazement with her strength, bravery and concern for loved ones well-being as she went through the stages of her illness. It’s so unbelievable that a 22 year old was so stoic, brave and had the ability to make every right decision for herself. She taught me to always look ahead with hope and when the time comes to look at the big picture and make the correct decision for myself. She was stunning and a light of sunshine I will miss her but know she is shining down watching out for Her parents and her sister/best friend. You are all an inspiration. Love you all. ❤️Praying all the good times and fond memories of your precious Michaela will help you through the difficult times ahead. She left a lasting impression on All of us at MGH 🙏😇❤️

Iris My heart goes out to you as you grieve the loss of Michaela. Not many of us can imagine the gut wrenching pain and suffering caused by the passing of one's child way before any normal expectation of time. From what I know of her and her relationship with you, she will be sorely missed by a large community of people. I hope that community can somehow reach out to you and your family and make the pain bearable, so that you can find a way to enjoy the always limited time we have on this earth to enjoy our family and friends. To Kara, Iris and Michael. I was blessed a long time ago with having the wonderful opportunity to have Michaela in my sixth grade class. She was the smiling moment in each of our days. Her love for learning and laughing out loud were the best parts of our year together.
