Mildred M. “Millie” Knights, 96, of Dover, and formerly of Hudson and Barrington, NH, passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, August 22, 2018 at Riverside Rest Home in Dover. Millie was the widow of Francis R. Knights who passed away on April 21, 1975.

Mrs. Knights was born in Nashua on October 16, 1921, daughter of the late Joseph and Gladys (Bouley) Martin. She was educated in local schools and had been employed with the former Doehla Greeting Card Company and later with General Electric.

Prior to moving to Dover, Millie had been residing with her granddaughter, Candice Harvey of Barrington and previously made her home on Alpine Street in Hudson for a number of years. She was a longtime member of Jehovah Witnesses.

In addition to her husband and parents, Millie was predeceased by two brothers, Harry and Ronald Martin; and five sisters, Dorothy Dube, Elaine Courtemanche, Barbara Patnaude, Vivian Duclos and Donna Poliquin.

Members of her family include a daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn Frances and Donald T. Staton; four grandchildren, Amber L. Libby, Candice K. Harvey and significant other Raymond Estes, Kregg A. Boisvert and his wife Sandra, and Fara D. Boisvert; ten great-grandchildren, Tanya Marie Libby, Sean M. Wilson, Starr Reniegh Elliott, Jeremy Joseph Harvey, Adelina Rae Harvey, Free N. Boisvert, Friendogod T. Boisvert, Sage Nicholson, Melody Nicholson and Kalae Nicholson; two great-great-grandchildren, Kaliah Rosario and Braden Wilson; five sisters, Waneta Snyder, Gloria Scott, Patricia Wrenn and her husband Richard Montbleau, Lee Trippleton and Doreen Chambers; a brother, Brian Martin; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

There are no calling hours. A Graveside Service will take place at Pinewood Cemetery, (former Lithuanian- Cooperative Cemetery) Pine Hill Road, Nashua, Monday morning, August 27th at 10:30 a.m. Everyone is asked to kindly gather at the cemetery. Donations may be made to the Humane Society for Greater Nashua, 24 Ferry Road, Nashua, NH 03064.

To the family my deepest condolences. I remember sister Knights at our kingdom Hall in Hudson many years ago very friendly and you captured that smile as I remember her. She is now in our God and Father Jehovah's memory. The wonderful hope we all have that his son Jesus mentioned at John chapter 5 verses 28 and29 when he will call and Millie will answer " Here I am ". Once again my thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time. A brother in the faith
