Doiron, Neil R.

Neil R. Doiron, 41, of Hudson, passed away Friday, August 13, 2021 in Nashua.

Born in Nashua on October 4, 1979, he was a son of Gale (Clark) Doiron and Arthur Doiron. A lifelong resident of Hudson, Neil attended Hudson schools and was a landscaper for more than twenty years.

Neil’s greatest accomplishment was his daughter, Hailey. He always said, she was the best thing he ever had. He enjoyed all sports, but anything with wheels was the best.

Members of his family include his mother, Gale; his father, Arthur; his daughter, Hailey Doiron; brother, Artie; great aunt, Rachel Theriault; nephew, Lyric Floyd; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Sadly, Neil will be dearly missed by his family and many, many great friends.

Calling hours will be held at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua on Thursday, August 26th from 6 to 8 p.m. Family and friends are invited to attend. The family has requested  that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hailey Doiron College Fund, 3 Plamondon Drive, Hudson, NH 03051. Arrangements are in the care of the FARWELL FUNERAL SERVICE. www.farwellfuneralservice.com

This grief thing comes in waves, I miss you extra this week. I can’t believe you will be gone a year next month. I stumbled back onto this page today and re read everything your friends have been saying, makes me remember how great you really were to everyone in your life. I know next month is going to be really tough and not sure how I’m going to handle it but I know you’ll be all around me just like you would be if you were here today. I love you just as much as I miss you (and that’s a lot fyi). Keep looking over me always.

I never thought you'd slip away I guess I was just a little too late I think about your face And how I fall into your eyes Look at me, still in your mind Our memories, so intertwined Well you broke through, you found your way And so did I, no need to stay In the same old picture, tried and true We've been through that, let's look for something new And of all the dreams, I've lost and found And all that I ain't got I need someone to cling to Somebody I can sing to I will always love you. Please continue to show me the way

Neil! I just realized I never signed this months ago. It's heartbreaking to see your family's comments. I genuinely feel for them! I was just looking at my Facebook memories. It was 11 years ago today that you lost that huge tree next to your mailbox, so I decided to stop by here. Hope you're having a good time in Heaven with Roscoe and your ancestors. Hugs!

Neil, When we were kids we were inseparable, partners in all the adolescent mischief, which brings back my best memories of us. Except that time we borrowed a Dale Jarrett golf cart at the Nascar race, you brought me to & had me stand at the fence at the start line. It was the most intense thunderous feeling I've ever experienced...Until March 2017 when you called Mom & I & you told me you loved & missed me, like when we were kids. After 30 plus yrs, I had my brother back, where we could say...I LOVE YOU. Now, I (as we all do), feel robbed of the opportunity to actually say these words face to face & give you the hug thats been overdue! I L❤VE YOU BRO...Rest in Peace. Much LOVE Artie

Bro, I know you always wanted the best for all your friends & family; but, you ALWAYS took the time to try & talk with me, your older brother, about getting my stuff together. No need to worry. I'm going to live this life for the BOTH of us. We made plans together & I'm following through with them all...you were & will FOREVER be a First class Father, Son, Brother & Friend. We all Thank You for the times you shared with us & the smiles you bestowed upon us... WE ALL LOVE & MISS YOU Spread your wings & rest in peace LOVE YOU ALWAYS.. YOUR BROTHER - Artie

Sending all my love and prayers to the family. Neil was larger than life, a great guy to have on your side, super funny and charismatic- and he loved his daughter more than life itself. I can see those big eyes and smile when I think of him. Life isn’t fair, and his time was too soon- but I know he is now watching over Hailey, Amber and his mom. You will be missed (Nutty) Neil! I Am grateful for the friendship for all these years. 💜

Dear Gale, Artie, and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Neil will always hold a special spot in my heart. As Neil and Artie,s fourth grade teacher, I truly loved both of the boys. Neil always had a twinkle in his eye and a heart filled with love for his family. I know there are no words to mend your broken hearts at this time, but I know Neil's love for all of you will help you to survive. When Neil was a little boy in my 4th grade class, he told me his "Mom was the BEST Mom in the whole wide world!" As a family, I pray that you are able to surround yourselves with Neil's love, as you see a rainbow, or a beautiful butterfly, or feel the sunshine, which is Neil sending you hugs. Neil got his wish to have a beautiful daughter to love and cherish. May God Bless you all during this difficult time. Love and Prayers, Leslie Liakos xo

My father was the most amazing person I ever met. He always made me feel like I was the most important person. He let me know everyday that I was a trophy and to never settle for less in my life. He lectured me everytime I talked to him about who to be friends with, who to love, and who to appreciate, and never let anyone mess with me. He would give a stranger the shirt off his back. No matter what life took us through I never once questioned the love he had for me. The one thing I will forever remember is the love he had for me like nothing in this world. He was the most selfless person I know and always had a lesson for any life situation. I knew I could call him for anything. One the greatest souls I will ever know and will carry though my life forever. I love you forever dad it’s not a goodbye it’s a see you later I love you 💗

I don’t know where to begin or where to end. I’m not even really sure the right words to say or not to say. is this even real life? You needed some more time on this planet to spend with Hailey, to watch our daughter and to eventually see her get married and to watch our future grandchildren grow up together. Life is super ironic and it’s not always fair. You made me so proud the last few months and that’s all that matters & Ill cherish that forever neil. It’s so nice to see how many lives you have touched and how many memories you have created for others. I hope the stories will continue to pour in throughout the years. We gained a very strong, powerful, fun loving angel to help guide us through. I love you, and our daughter would not be existent with out you. Please, please hear our prayers and come visit us constantly!

Even though it has been a few years since I last saw him, Neil has always been in my thoughts, can't tell you how many times I laughed out loud thinking of something he said or did. He was always a great friend to me and I will miss him terribly. I am so very sorry for your loss. He definitely left way too soon and this world is so much smaller without him in it. Sending you all my love and prayers through this tragic time.
