A Gentleman through and through ! I just now found out my beloved and cherished Uncle Paul has passed from this earth. I can't lie, I'm shaken to the core of my soul. I can remember going up Rt 3 and looking forward to seeing the E. Dunstable Rd. exit and knowing good times were ahead playing with my cousin's Jimmy, Linda and Michael, enjoying Aunt Teresa's wonderfully prepared food and or playing wiffle ball in the backyard at 29 Dane St. with Uncle Paul as the pitcher. I have indelible and cherished memories of you all and the love and happiness I always felt emanating from that home. And the time me and Uncle Paul were playing blackjack at the long since gone Castaways Casino in Las Vegas, and even more epic story of a Red Sox-Yankees game we both partnered up together to make the most unforgettable bet that we both would laugh at and reminisce about the rest of our lives.... :). It's funny, no matter how sad and tearfull I become about hearing of the passing of a truly great MAN, his unique, sensible and playful exuberance always leads me down a path which he led like the Pied Piper himself, the path of humor and unforgettable warmth of one's soul. Rest peacefully and forever faithfully at the hands of your beloved Jesus Christ.

Mike, Linda and Jim, So sorry to hear of Dad passing. As he greets your Mom in the presence of Our Lord, no doubt, Jesus will assure him that no one could hit a wiffle ball over the left field wall (your house) like he could. I remember his right handed Yaz swing. I love your Dad being such a positive pillar in the neighborhood. And he built a great tree house.

I have so many great memories of Mr. Dacey as our families had many cookouts and neighborhood parties together, all those years ago. He and Mrs. Dacey were always so kind to me and my family. My sincere condolences to Linda, Mike and Jim and the rest of his family. ❤️

Hunka Paul (uncle) When I was a child my Hunka Paul would show up and take me fishing and skating. He used to have a cool 57 Chevy Belair WOW COOL uncle. He also took me to where he worked for the railroad and let me play in the control room. When I was a child he was going to take me to Mexico to get Mexican jumping beans in the end in College I bought him some magnetic ones. When talking to him lately he reminded me of the Boston University sweater he gave me as a child. He always was fun to be with and very religious with priests as friends. I often think he may have altered my perception and choices in my life. I also became a teacher and have become friends with priests . My parents loved Paul but more importantly all of us sons did as we always looked forward to seeing him at family events. To my relatives Jim, Mike, and Linda I am truly sorry. He was almost a pro baseball player but in the end he got some great innings. With prayers going up for Hunka I will cover the South Pacific as my adventures have me settled in Australia. Bye Paul " Good on ya mate" Bye for now Jack

RIP Uncle Paul! Thanks for all the great times having family cook outs at your home with wiffle ball after. Thanks for taking me in for weeks when my Mom was in the hospital not long after You, Auntie Theresa, Mike, Linda and Jimmy moved up to Nashua. Your kind smile and very keen sense of humor made every get together a fond memory!

I will never forget playing wiffelball out back when we were young with Mr Dacey. I think he enjoyed playing as much as we did.

Mr. Dacey was one of the kindest teachers I ever had, he was my social studies teacher in Chelmsford around 1972. He also had my older sister as well. I am so glad I got to know such a thoughtful person
