Terry William Robinson,81, former resident of Nashua, NH for 26 years, resident of Amherst, NH for 22 years passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Beth Israel/Lahey Hospital, Burlington, MA.

Born on June 8, 1944 in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, most of Terry’s young life was spent in Lockport, New York surrounded by a large and loving family. He was the son of the late John S. Robinson and the late Jessie (Valery) Robinson.

After his discharge from the U.S. Army Signal Corps in 1967, Terry began his career in the Metal Service Business.  He was first employed at Edgecomb Steel (Nashua), Northstar Steel (Manchester), AARM Industries (Laconia), and owned and operated his own company, All Metals Industries (Belmont, NH)

Terry lived a magnificent life with a constant outpouring of humor, love, generosity, and kindness to employees (whom he loved) friends, family and strangers, never asking for anything in return.  Fiercely loyal and trustworthy, he had deep friendships made and sustained from high school.

Terry has made a difference in so many lives of family, friends, and the countless charities he has supported. His life has been a model and inspiration of how to live with kindness and love for others.

So, many varied interests.  Early on, he loved playing golf at Vesper Country Club where he was a member.  He so enjoyed collecting military memorabilia from WWII which he bought and sold to dealers all over the world.   Terry loved learning about every aspect of this history.  From this hobby, evolved acquaintances from all over the world.

Terry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda (Lemery) Robinson of Amherst, NH. He was predeceased by a brother, John S. Robinson of North Carolina. He is survived by his sibling, Toni (Robinson) Frahm of Myrtle Beach SC; sister-in-law Betty (Carmichael) Robinson of Greensboro, NC; a nephew, Jason Frahm of Myrtle Beach, SC; a niece, Kristin Robinson, of Kernersville, NC; as well as many loving cousins.

There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Neumann Parish, 708 Milford Rd. (Route 101A), Merrimack, NH 03054, Friday, July 18th at 10:30 a.m. Friends are invited to attend. Interment will be private.

May God hold you in the palm of his hand, Terry Robinson!   Well done, good and faithful friend.  Matthew 25:23

Dear Lem, Kevin and I were so very sorry to hear of Terry's illness and passing. He certainly was one of a kind! Kind beyond measure, generous to a fault, sincere and loving in his friendships. I will always remember him joyfully playing the sax long ago and greeting us so cheerfully at Zeloski's Christmas parties. We always looked forward to those brief meetings. I can't imagine how hard this is for you. I do hope all the wonderful memories will ease the pain and, in time, you will be able to think of him with joy instead of sorrow. We will be away on the 18th and regret missing the service.

Mr. Robinson was such a generous, funny person. He had a devilish sense of humor, but he also had a deeply ingrained sense of what it meant to do right by your people. He went out of his way to be good to those around him, which is a fine and rare quality. He cared deeply about contributing to his community. And he was very thoughtful. I remember when I was little, I’d visit him and my dad at work and he’d let me make chains with the multicolored paperclips on his desk. Then one day he got me my very own enormous jar of paperclips, so I could make all the chains I wanted. It was a great privilege to know him, and he shall be very much missed.

Lem, My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Terry was such a wonderful person. He did so much for others, he was always so thoughtful and concerned for others, never wanting anything in return. I knew when he didn't play WORDS for a week, that he was back in the hospital or having a hard time. I'll still 'toot' each time I go by ALL METALS and think about him. Be kind to yourself, grief is a process with ups and downs, and takes its own time. ,
