Cecile Ann Senn, of Nashua, NH, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack.

“Sis” as she liked to be called, was born on September 5, 1934 in Athol, Massachusetts; the daughter of the late Raymond and Estelle Smith. She moved to Nashua in the early 1960’s which is where she raised her family.

Members of her family include her daughters, Beth Cauley and her husband Tom, Jacquelyn Ruonala and her husband Jody, and her beloved daughter Sheila Senn. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Jack Ruonala, Nicholas Cauley, Rebecca, Victoria and Kendra Bassi, and Jillian Taggett. Sis was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Charles Senn and her daughter Marsha Bassi.

There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Christopher Church, 62 Manchester Street, Nashua, Thursday morning, May 3rd at 10 a.m. Friends are invited to attend. Donations may be made in her memory to Home Health & Hospice, 7 Executive Park Drive, Merrimack, NH 03054 or the PLUS Company, 62 Harbor Avenue, Nashua, NH 03060. I just recently heard of sis passing. She and my mother Germaine were neighbors at the beach. They had many conversations and card games. Sis was a great neighbor and will be missed. I`m so sorry for your loss.

Memories of Sis go back over 60 years. They are wonderful memories that keep arriving in my thoughts. I will miss Sis deeply, but she will never be forgotten. To Beth, Jacquelyn and your families, i'm so sorry for your loss. My sympathy is with you.

To all of Sis’s family and friends, I send heartfelt sympathy. Losing her is a profound sorrow, having known her was an immeasurable joy. I consider myself blessed to have had the privilege of knowing her and sharing laughter. I will always remember her brave spirit, her strength and her loving devotion to her family.
